Vendor Opportunities are available at the 3rd
Annual Rodeo By The River.
The 1st Annual Rodeo By The River drew over 300 people, more than
a dozen vendors and sponsors, and about two dozen competitors. For the 2nd
Annual Rodeo By The River, we were expecting a near doubling
of our attendance -- between 500 and 600 by conservative estimates.
We limited vendor spaces to accommodate no more than 24 vendors,
with strict limitations on how many of each "type" of vendor. For example,
there were 4 food vendors to provide variety over the weekend. Other, non-food
vendors, were limited to a maximum of 3 or less in a category. (note:
attendance was about 500)
For the 3rd Annual Rodeo By The River, we are again expecting
to double our number of attendees, by conservative estimates. The additional
advertising combined with the additional events designed to draw participants and
spectators from throughout the SouthWest -- such as two runs with a combined purse
of $7500 -- have experts estimating a minimum body count of well over 1000.
As always, to protect our vendors, we are limiting the total
number of vendors, as well as limiting the number of vendors in any given category.
We are determined to make this event a success for all involved, including the vendors!
We want you back next year.
Although the vendor agreement says Electricity is not available,
this has changed. Arrangements are being made to enable us to provide you with
electricity, for an additional fee. If you are interested in this service,
please note it on your vendor agreement, and/or contact us to discuss it.
